Lovely Stay

Had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Habitaciones. Perfect location for exploring the city with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Easy access to the marina and castle. Parking close by, less than a 5 minute walk to a number of public car parks. The apartment was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Alicante.

Lovely old building in the old town so convenient for just about everything. Room and general circulation areas recently refurbished - we had one of the spacious rooms at the back though no view (light well and translucent window), but was likely quieter than being at the front. Note there is no reception - check in and keys are all remote / electronic.

The studio was very clean and had all you need to be comfortable. There was a bit of a mix up with the room number and the keys, from the “check in system” and we could not get the keys on arrival. Luckily there was a member of the on site team there to help push out and to raise his concerns about the check in platform not working. Great experience overall

I would so highly recommend this accommodation! It is so incredibly well placed in the Old Town and surprisingly spacious considering the location. Rooms are modern and very clean and it is an especially nice touch that they provide cakes and coffee each morning. My only comments to make this accommodation an 11/10 would be 1) better toilet paper and 2) a mirror on the desk so I can do my makeup not- in the bathroom

Lovely room with a modern bathroom. It has a fridge and a coffee machine. Would highly recommend staying here, it is in a great location. We booked this last minute and received excellent help when we required it to enter the building.

Central location

Very good location ...the window and door of the room opened onto the street ..our apartment was on street level which was a bit bizarre ..it made the room dark ..and you couldnt open up really .. the place itself was spacious clean and comfirtable for one night stay fine. At night we were woken by revellers outside singing etc but they moved on and we went back to sleep.

Lovely Room with Balcony

Lovely room and great central location. Easy walk to beach. Just be sure to register online BEFORE you get to hotel. I had trouble doing so and only completed half of it before arriving and did not receive the entrance code in advance. Luckily someone was there to let us in.

Modern, recently renovated rooms right in historic centre. Loved the tiny balcony with table and chairs. There is a small fridge with complimentary water and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Initial access to the building is via a Bluetooth key/code; room keys are in a key safe next to the room - tip: when you have put in the code, you need to turn the black button above the keypad in order to open it. Cleaning was generally good but the floor was a bit sandy so needs sweeping before mopping. There weren't enough sockets for charging phones - had to use the one in the bathroom! .

The room itself was very clean, spacious, comfortable. Centrally located in Alicante's Casco Antiguo. Big caveat: completely electronic/online entry, which wasn't clear when booking. This is a problem if you don't have a stable Internet connection when traveling. Also, host could have replied more promptly to email queries about this
