Easy to access from train station about 10mins walk. Shrubbery gives a nice nature feel room was clean and a the pub had great food. Had two single beds maybe a bit small for some people.

Saggy mattress, had to walk to next building for bathmat, heavy loud doors, key card required to enter building and turn on lights so couldn’t leave someone in room if wanted to go out with key. Should have spent a little more to stay somewhere comfortable. But the town is quite lovely!

The best feature for me was its proximity to Loch Lomond and some great bars and restaurants. Plus the rooms were great, very clean and a comfy bed.

Modern clean hotel. TV did not work properly in both rooms. Restaurant food poor. Staff disinterested QR codes did not work. Massively over priced. Discounts only worked if booking direct but cost £20 per night more!

The hotel was clean and modern. The pub was basic with cardboard food. Staff were uninterested. Qr codes for discounts did not work. Good location but still about half a mile from the loch. Massively overpriced. Name misleading.

Wonderful

Absolutely lovely. Weve stayed at Marston's Inns before but not this one. Exactly what we expected. Comfortable rooms, great food, lovely staff. Yes, the hotel needs updating but its still brilliant.
