Very helpful and friendly staff!

The reception staff were really helpful in helping me find a larger parking space for my truck and trailer. Communication was excellent. The hotel is very pretty, with a really nice lounge area. My single room was cosy and very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well. One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business.

The property is just fine. Rooms good, good price and food delicious. The service was slow, unpleasant and not accommodating particularly the bartender who has a sour disposition and a sour puss. In the service industry you should have a baseline of a pleasant personality, not here though…

The best hotel we stayed in on our Scotland trip.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright. The lounge with an open fireplace was great for having a drink before dinner and the dinner and breakfast we had was delicious! A beautiful walk around Luss in the morning and to the Loch. A 5 star property we couldnt fault. Our only regret was that we didnt spend another night. Thanks for the goodies during our stay. We will be recomending to friends and family at home.
