Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. The location is unbeatable if you love having everything at your fingertips; being right inside the Green Plaza Mall means you have hundreds of shops, a cinema, and endless restaurants just steps from your room.  The service was top-notch—the staff were professional and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety of fresh options. Whether you’re here for business or a family trip, this is easily one of the most convenient and comfortable places to stay in Alexandria. Will definitely be back!
