Excellent value; compact but modern fitout, furnishings and bathrooms. Some clever joinery design makes great use of available space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to Karlsplatz and S-Bahn to Marienplatz (both within walking distance as well).

Convenient to the train station is the major positive of Sofitel Munich. Sadly, I was somewhat disappointed with this hotel and expected better from a Sofitel. Our room was extremely dusty!! The mattress topper made for an uncomfortable “roll out of bed” sleep and the lights would “timer off” in the bathroom. The bar area was very good, attentive staff and had a good vibe.

Lovely one night stay in Deggendorf
Great stay for a night on our road trip. Lovely comfortable beds and cushions. We slept so good. The staff are very friendly and speak great English. A little bit far from restaurants but there are shops around should you need anything quickly. Breakfast was very good.
