"Apartamento Playamar" is a beautiful apartment with a maximum capacity of six people located in Port d'Alcúdia, less than 200m from the beach.
Upon entering you will find a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Satellite TV accompanied by a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. In addition, in a corner there is a table ready for six people.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and built-in closets to organize your clothes. In one room there is a double bed and in the others, two single beds. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with shower and hairdryer.
Outside you will find two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture and a pool of 4m x 2,5m ideal for cooling off in the hottest days. There is also a charcoal barbecue, perfect to surprise your family or friends with a Mediterranean style barbecue, with fresh produce that you can find in the weekly markets of Mallorca.
Near the apartment you will find the sandy beach of Port d'Alcúdia and s'Albufera, a place full of vegetation, perfect for a walk with the children.
