The exterior is very comfortable, with a large swimming pool next to a porch with a fixed barbecue.
Maximum capacity of 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning.
It has 1 full bathroom, living room with air conditioning and a large fully equipped kitchen-diner with access to the porch.
On the first floor, there is a large solarium to enjoy the Mallorcan sun.
Alcúdia is a walled medieval city where, a few metres from the old town, next to the Church of Sant Jaume,
one can enjoy the cultural route to the Roman City of Pollentia, founded in 123 BC,
a route that will take us to the most interesting places preserved from Roman times in the current Alcúdia.
