Nice apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia located just 50 meters from the beach, considered one of the best on the island. The property has a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture so that you, accompanied by your family and/or friends, can enjoy the climate of Mallorca. Its interior has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room, three bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning and WiFi. The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Alcudia, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets and you can enjoy the best summer atmosphere. On the other hand, Alcúdia beach is considered to be one of the best in Mallorca, since in addition to its kilometers of white sand, its waters are crystal clear. It is considered an ideal destination for families with children. *Free parking space for our customers*-As you may know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for the preservation of the environment.
