One day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and key collection.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
Check-out: 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
Electricity fee - €20 per day,
Real estate management fee - €50.

DEPOSIT:
Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of €500.00 by card.
It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed-upon conditions.

Transfer service is organized with extra payments 72 hours in advance.
Free use of crib and high chair.
Second crib and high chair €20.00/day.
Extra bed if available: €28.00/day.
All additional payments are made to the agency upon arrival.
TOURIST TAX:
Since July 2016, local authorities have established a tourist tax (eco-tax):

€2.20/person/night for the first 8 days. Every subsequent day €1.10/person/night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered on the National Police Portal.
