I was involved in a 3 car and a Sami accident on the way to my hotel, I could not find a phone number to call to advise them and when someone from the hotel to see what time I would be arriving, they weren’t the slightest bit interested. I finally found the number and called the next day to say that I would be arriving the next day and was informed that I would have to book another room and pay again, the guy I was talking to said the he would check with the manager and call me back and did not receive a phone call, I stayed at a nicer hotel in Albury and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Room wasnt ready till 4pm which is 2 hours after check in time. Shower had mold and upon telling management was told it was chipped paint and sworn at. Everything felt sticky. Creepy vibe. My kids didnt feel safe. We were there for about 20 minutes and left. Still no refund. Highly suggest not staying here especially with children.

The fridge was not cleaned and still had some used food in it. The bed was unbelievably hard. The large television was broken. The managers representative could not get it to work. No sorry or compensation offered.

Centrally located. Quiet. Clean. Very basic kitchen facilities provided (microwave, a few plates and cutlery, sink). Comfortable beds. It appeared to be well maintained. In the end though, don't get too excited - it is a motel, though perhaps a cut above the average.

Good things: the shower and the mattress - the rest is horrible. The place is old and badly maintained, service inexistent, the whole place is depressing. Just look for other accommodation options in town, trust me.

Upon arrival the person at the front counter did not seem to know what was going on. They were dressed in filthy clothes and the foyer smelt terrible. I basically had to figure out finding my key myself and telling them how to do it. The property was not well kept with random pieces of furniture left around and sheets up in the office windows. The room was very run down and dirty. Definitely not good value and not like the photos. I can appreciate that motels can be older but as long as they are clean then no troubles. This room didn’t feel nice to be in. There were dirty pieces of paper around the room with instructions. The back glass door opened to an awful patio with overgrown weeds and a walkway that anyone could go past meaning you couldn’t open the blinds. Something had been spilt on the carpet and when I put bags down it soaked through to our clothes making them dirty. Yuk!! In the morning I found a bed bug in my daughters bed - we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I will never stay here again.

Overpriced accommodation

For the price point this was disappointing. We travel regularly in regional Australia, and were surprised what we paid for a quite ordinary room. Things that we noticed, tiles that were a tripping hazard, tv we couldn’t get channels, it just lacked care in presentation Yes we could have approached reception but there was never anyone there
