Albuquerque only has one good area and this hotel is in that area. But like most of New Mexico, it just doesn't have good attention to detail. Not run down, but just doesn't have a customer servicer flair. The Uptown area, does have dining and shopping and I guess is safter than downtown where cops work in groups of 6 for safety.
