The shuttle bus driver drives way to fast and he would honk at other drives to get out of the way even though he was only driving a short distance. They say that they have tours to the Pyramids and the Museum, but they only offer the ride there and back at ridiculous prices. The prices are over priced and cost over 200% of what a regular taxi or Uber would cost. Then the driver takes you to his friends where they also over charge for everything that they want to sell you. Including the Pyramid tours and entry fees. It’s a major rip-off. The rooms are a little tight but ok. The shower has no door so water gets everywhere. The exhaust fan is not working or does not have one, and the shower steam makes everything wet in the bathroom and it takes all day to air out and dry. The food was the best thing there. We only had in room service and it was very good. We tried different foods and they were all very good.

Expected good service but th is s was great. Was picked up for free from hotel at 3am, upgraded at check in, bags carried to the door. First impression is Egyptian hospitals is excellent

I’m truly grateful to the hotel staff for warning me about a fraudulent taxi driver—they really helped me out. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport, which makes it highly recommended. After visiting Luxor, I returned to Cairo and stayed here again. While it was a bit disappointing that some amenities like shampoo were empty and the building showed signs of aging, these were outweighed by thoughtful touches like the complimentary fruit service.

We had a double a double reservation for this hotel, since May 14 until May 24, from the minute we were picked up from the airport until we were dropped, we felt very welcome by all the hotel staff From the airport driver to the room attendant, the cooks in the restaurant, the jewelry guy at the lobby, everyone made us feel very welcomed! The only thing that I do have to mention is the third party vendor you have at the lobby next to the exit, that company are scammers, we had to pay $110 dollars to take a tour to Geza, which the guy end up taking us around Cairo, and when we got to the Pyramids we had to pay $150.00 each dollars to go in and for someone to take us to the pyramids in a horse cart, that was a very bad taste in my mouth, that such a nice hotel can have this people there, that are supposed to help the tourists and they turn around and robbed us, not very good! But again everyone in the hotel staff was great

This property is very nice and very convenient for airport transportation, every single person was very helpful, from the airport pick up to the hotel front desk and bellman, the restaurant staff was very nice also., specially the guys that was in charge of making sure we were picked from the airport, he was very nice until the last moment, I wish I had his name but I forgot It. The only thing that I must mention is the vendor right inside the front entrance, unfortunately we got scammed by this particular company, they charged $110 dollars to take us to the pyramids and when we got there they had a connection that charged another $150 dollars per person to go into Geza, that was very sad because I really liked the attention from the hotel staff unfortunately they need to be careful who they allow to do business in their property. That was a very bad experience for my first time in Cairo

Wonderful 1 night stay after 16 hrs of traveling to get to Cairo. Friendly and accommodating of every need. Included welcome drink, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. Was delicious!
