We had a large group that checked in and a majority of the rooms had the strong odor of cigarette smoke. The hotels first response was to open a window and it took me having a local friend to get them to change my room. The room itself was dirty. Along the wall and toilets were the worse Staff at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurants were very friendly, however the women in the hotel stores literally stand next to you the whole time making it uncomfortable to shop. They didn't want bluetooth speakers brought in

The hotel security was upset that I had brought bluetooth speakers and they wanted to keep them. Thankfully I had an interpreter and he stood up for me and told them no.

Excellent location for getting about. Cleanliness 10/10 but decor & paintwork a bit dated could do with some tlc. Food choice and restaurants a plenty.

Overrated

Carpets are dirty in the room and corridor. AC is noisy. Lobby restaurant food not good. Generally overpriced for what you get. On a positive note, it is safe, and the location is okay

Lots of stars at a great price.

Short stay in a spectacular upgraded suite. Great club lounge, and a good Nubian restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff. Will absolutely return.

Room was disgusting and wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, when check in was at 15:00, we arrive at 04:30 am the following morning and was provided a room that was not clean and was filthy.
