The studio is very quiet, just 300 m from Chevalley Spa (10 minutes on foot), and within walking distance to all amenities with direct private access to downtown. The 17 m² space is on the 2nd floor with elevator. The living area is fully equipped with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



The private balcony with table and chairs is currently unavailable due to building work; balcony access is prohibited.



There is a bus stop right outside (to the train station, etc.). Free parking is available on the property.
