Hi Shantelle, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you would like to contact us directly to discuss your comments, we would be happy to take your call. As we can not find your actual name in our system, we have only had one Wotif booking for the date of the 25th April. It was booked for 2 people but in fact had 4 people staying in the apartment. Angie the owner kindly requested on departure that the guests pay for the additional two persons. We are sorry if you felt this was not an appropriate request, however, all our room rates are based on two adults sharing & any extra adults are to be declared & paid for at time of booking. The question was also asked directly on arrival of how many people were staying in the 2 bedroom apartment & we were told 2 were staying however when you handed your keys to the owner she noticed 4 people in the car & kindly requested that you pop into office & make the additional payment which you were happy to do.
