Arrived at property at 11 am mtn as stated check-in was supposed to be. Was told wouldn’t be till 3 pm. Once checked in. Cable tv was un functional ….texted property owners and no response…..heat also didn’t work. As well as half the lightning. Nice place. But most amenities un functional.

It hadn't been vacumed very well when we got there and there were someone's frozen water bottles stuck in the freezer so we were not able to use it.
