I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism.
Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. When we came back to picked up the key to our room the front desk told us to go back to the line and wait all over again and again just to pickup the keys as I pointed out an issue with my room keys just to pickup, I was met with an eye-roll and a "there’s nothing we can do" attitude without them even checking the system.
The situation only got worse when I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was "busy" and the manager was so rude that he didn’t wan’t to talked to me or help me. I followed up again, and each time the front desk staff became more hostile. It was clear that the toxic attitude at the front desk starts at the top. If management can’t be bothered to address the guest concerns or even show their face when there’s a conflict. they shouldn’t be in the hospitality business.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually value their guests. This was a total waste of money! The staff and the higher-ups should attend a mandatory guest management.
