Cozy One Bedroom House

Small Single Family 1 bedroom home. Near HWY 223 and M-52 This cozy home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The living area has a dinning room table for 4 and a sofa with a pull out queen size bed. Also included is a Smart TV with basic cable. The bathroom is furnished with towels and washcloths. The kitchen includes plates, cups, utensils, and pots for cooking.

The whole house is yours! A private bedroom and a common area with a pull out couch and sofa. There is also a back yard for the kids to run around.

The driveway is shared with a neighbor, but there is plenty of room to park behind the house where you will enter.

We will not be there when you check in but try to quickly respond to messages. We’ll be happy to come by if there are any needs.

This cute little home is close to all of the Adrian shops. Walmart, Meijer, Marshall’s and a bunch of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. A neighborhood playground is just at the end of the block and The Spotted Cow and a cute little mini golf is within walking distance.

We LOVED this house! I came down for graduation with my spouse, child, and aunt. The location of the house was absolutely perfect and close to everything we needed. They provided dishes and things for us to use so we could share a celebration cake, and the couches and need were perfect and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here for sure. The host was also so responsive to all our messages and did an excellent job giving us all necessary information without overwhelming is worth information or rules. Overall, this house is so cute and an awesome choice!

I really enjoyed staying in this home. It is so close to everything that you need. It was a short drive to every place we had to go. This house has everything you need and was so comfortable and the neighbors are all really nice. The entire stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. I had such a wonderful stay at this cute one bedroom VRBO! The space was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel instantly welcoming. Having off street parking was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. The home had a clean, fresh feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. I’m already looking forward to staying again - it’s the kind of place you want to return to!

Small house, just minutes from SHU and Adrian University

The house is very close to nearby Universities so it worked perfect for our weekend visiting our son who is a student at SHU. Also laundry was a big bonus so he could wash some clothes while visiting.

Great place, unfortunate incidents

I recognize the property owner has no control over what I am about to say, but it did impact my experience. I'll start by saying the place was in a very convenient location, was very clean and easy to get into and communication with them was quick and easy. Unfortunately though while I was there I got disturbed after having fallen asleep by pounding on the door by an intoxicated person swearing they were supposed to meet someone at the address. I was staying by myself so this was unsettling. Then early the next morning I was awoken by police pounding on the door trying to located who had placed an open line 911 call. Needless to say at that point I packed it up and left. I give 5 stars for most categories but my overall stay was not good, again I recognize the owner has no control. He did offer to come check the property when the intoxicated person was there. Which I appreciated.

This worked great for us, only complaint was the dead flies and bugs in the kitchen cabinets because of the lights continuously on, hard to sleep also. But everything else was great.
