This property is in a great location and has EVERYTHING you would want in an apartment. Very easy to get to public transportation and there is a grocery store in the building. If you are looking to rent a property in Adelaide, have no doubts about renting this apartment.

Amazing corner apartment
This apartment is in an excellent location, inside a secure building within easy walking distance to everything Adelaide has to offer. The hosts are amazing, very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment was spotless, well looked after and has absolutely anything and everything you could need while away from home. Next time we are looking at staying in the Adelaide CBD this will be the only apartment we would consider staying, why, simply loved it. Thanks for our very enjoyable and memorable stay

Supposed Luxury Stay
No fold down bed in second bedroom as promised your email of 11/9. While a consumable, ran out of toilet paper first day. No extra rubbish bags. Acoustics from outside at 10th floor terrible. Rubbish trucks, emergency vehicles, street works, people moving in. One guy said because of lifts he was moving out. He felt sorry for owners of the apartments and was glad he was only renting. Two lifts serving 20 floors way under designed. Too many people involved in the booking process. Stayz, Vrbo and Kings Coin ( Mary, John, The Team, Rochelle). No consideration of people who lack IT experience. Just cancel . (see email of 11/10) Aust dating should be used? Accomodation next time will be at a hotel. Please delete from your records and confirm back to me driver's licence, passport number, date of birth, credit card details, address etc. These are no longer needed in your system.
