Exclusive use of Mrs Peggs deluxe portable clothesline for privacy. • Your bathroom opens to a small courtyard, offering an open shower feel. • Due to our proximity to the airport, some plane sounds are inevitable. NOISE LEVELS Quiet hours are from 8 pm-8 am. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.
PARKING You must abide by all parking regulations and rules during your trip. Please ensure that you are not blocking any driveways or neighbours when your vehicles are parked.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND ILLICIT SUBSTANCES Smoking is prohibited within the property. Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly. No illicit substances are permitted on the property.
PETS Pets are not permitted.
BREAKAGES If you notice or create and breakages, please contact us immediately so we can address this. Accidents happen which we all understand, however, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.
LATE CHECK OUT Our cleaners are on a busy schedule. If they arrive and you have not checked out there will be an additional charge of $100 per hour.
IDENTIFICATION We require a copy of Government photo ID prior to arrival. We do not store or share your ID. Also a Check In Form is required to be completed.
BBQ Please clean after use. Extra cleaning will be charged if required.

Stay at eco bee
This is an excellent place to stay. The thought and care that has been put into the studio is wonderful.One week after our stay i am still thinking about the bees the actual serentity and the generosity and hospitality of our host.
