The unit was first class, as was the daily service of the same . The staff friendly and efficient. the location was ideal as a base for anyone wishing to check out PS and NB and surrounds. With a major shopping complex adjacent what more could be asked for?

"great central location "
Friendly staff, close to local restaurants & right on the foreshore. If you or your fellow guests have mobility issues make hotel aware when booking. There are a lot of stairs & no lifts to some rooms. The property is spread out over a large area so be prepared for a lot of walking. We were in the zenith building on level 2. The stairs are also quite steep. The room was very spacious with a lot of wardrobe space. A comfortable king size bed and reasonable size bathroom. Take your own hair dryer if you will need one because only a travel size one/ wall mounted style supplied. The pool area looked lovely we did not use it due to it being winter but there was an indoor one also. We would stay here again but would know which parts would suit us better

"Nice hotel, newr to the shop"
The only issue is a lot of broken stuff in the room such as the broken table, broken fan light inside the master room.

"Great hotel in tranquil bay with amazing views"
We had a great two night stay for a little winter escape. The location and views are breath taking. Stunning sunset and sunrises were visible from our room balcony. Great sized room with all amenities and little luxuries you would expect in this price range. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Hotel facilities were great, however the spa and indoor pool were being renovated plus some outdoor buildings were being refurbished. Not mush noise to be fair and all during the day. The only disappointment was the restaurant, the food quality was not there. Menu looked promising but did not deliver. Perhaps because we went out of season? However the breakfast was delicious and full of choice.

"Basic Accommodation but tidy and clean"
Staff were friendly but the room was very basic. The beds were terrible and the pillows very uncomfortable. The toiletry items are dispensers on a wall which gave you the impression of looking for the cheapest option available. I would rate this as a three star establishment.

"Wonderful hotel, close to everything "
My partner and I stayed here recently to celebrate our anniversary. The stuff were wonderful and helped my partner organise a surprise in our room as well as a late check out on the Sunday morning. The motel was close to everything we needed and we hardly used the car. The cafe was lovely for breakfast but is very busy so get in early.

"Very hospitable, clean comfortable b&b"
We arrived a little earlier than check-in and Ian and Trish were very welcoming. Helpful hints about what to do in the area. Room spotless and everything you need with little extras. Spa area just lovely. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cereals and home-made bread with a huge selection of condiments. Would definitely recommend.
