    As soon as you walk in you will be taken away by the ocean views, large open floor plan and modern kitchen. This is a Freshly Remodeled HUGE 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with new paint, porcelain tile, furniture, appliances, cabinets, counter tops, etc. The long 715 square foot wrap around balcony offers plenty of seating and a several tables for outdoor dining as well as breath taking views. Fun, beachy decor gives a relaxing, happy atmosphere. Master suite is oceanfront and boasts a king sized sealey I series pillow top bed, lots of closet space and flat screen cable TV. The Master Bath has new vanity, sink, faucet, and granite counter top as well as a gorgeous glass shower. The Second huge bedroom has two Queen sized beds with 4"foam toppers, plenty of closet space, and flat screen HD cable TV. You will also enjoy the beach chair service with two padded lounge chairs and umbrella provided for this unit.

    Our 17TH FLOOR end unit is BEACH FRONT located at the east end of the building and has breathtaking views of the beach, gulf, bay, jetties, and lagoon. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the Kitchen, Family Room, and Master Bedroom.

    We choose this rental for the views and it did not disappoint!! Morning, noon, and evening views were more than expected. The rental was clean!! I didn’t feel that I needed to disinfect anything! We used the kitchen for breakfast and we made it work! We couldn’t find the cutting board, and bring your own dishwasher pods. Not a big deal for us. Bathrooms were clean! And ample space to accommodate 2 kids in 1 bathroom!! The pool was heated during our stay! Perfect location, got to St Andrews in 10 minutes, to Ron Jon in 20 (traffic). Perfect for us. Parking was easy and never an issue! Elevator was great, I usually get vertigo, but this elevator was quick and you can tell it was cleaned and maintained to not scare you! The pool bathrooms were not disgusting, either! We will be back!

    Another great sty at the Watercrest in PCB
    This was our 3rd stay at the Watercrest and it was yet again perfect. The location is ideal - easy to get places but on the quieter end of of PCB. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. David is always very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back.

    The condo is exactly as described and was absolutely perfect for our week-long stay. Dave was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Great communication from start to finish. Our pre-teen girls loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning and hanging out on the hammock every evening - it became 'their thing'. The ease of access to the beach is unbeatable and everyone we met at the Watercrest building was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
