Great location and transportation along with a decently priced, quick food, restaurant. Not the cleanest, towels are horrible and blankets are the comparable to thin sheets.

Very loud. No control over noise from younger people. Kids playing is one thing but running up and down the halls continuously at 1130 pm is another. Bouncing a ball above our room at 6 am for 3 mornings in a row was very annoying.

The only downside saw, we were told the pools were heated. They weren’t. So we didn’t swim but once! Besides that…. IT WAS GREAT!

Excellent location and the Universal studios shuttle is really frequently. Maria, who checked us in was outstanding. Our room was not ready but she made an effort to monitor the status of our room and updated us frequently.

Transportation was great. Rooms were clean. No microwave in room was a little strange. Especially when you had a fridge. The grills barely worked, and it seemed like a known issue. Overall a great stay, just a few let downs.
