The property itself was lovely. Nice spacious room with comfortable beds. What I did not like:
1) confusing directions for check-in. You gave us a building number that sid not corresponded accurately to the actual building number. Instead, direct us to the entrance occupied by the valets. When I showed the valets the building number provided in your email, they said there was no such number and looked at me as if I was addle brained.
2) We had to punch in a code outside because we were not allowed into the building. It was difficult to see the numbers on the checkin pad. We tried to ask the valets for help but they were not helpful. We tried to call the front desk but no one was there.
3) I was going in and out of the hotel so preferred to use pay parking adjacent to hotel. There is no crosswalk to get across to the hotel, making it extraordinarily dangerous to get into the hotel entrance as aggressive FL drivers would prefer to mow you down.
4) I found it annoying to constantly be punching in codes into keypads I can’t see and would rather have a key card
5) Loud music outside elevators was extremely annoying
