Location was amazing very close to Brickell city center . Staff was amazing and room very clean. Only downside was valet parking honestly it was awkward and guys were kinda weird. Felt rushed to get out of the car and wasn’t really sure how the whole thing worked was just expected to know. Would honestly just prefer to park myself

My husband arrived in early morning, the hotel was dark, bleak and looked abandoned . When we left the next day, I forgot a very nice pajama. When I returned a day later to claim it, they said they must have discarded it. Very unfriendly staff with snobbish manors. I will not return in that hotel for sure. Over the years, I stayed in many IHGs but that one is the worst.

Really average. Shower very noce although all the water spill out the glass walls. Massive gap onto the sliding door between the room and the toilet- you can see through. No lock of the toilet door. No main light into the room other than the entrance and some table lights around the room.
