This property needs a polish. In a lot of places even a new coat of paint would help. Also a daily incidental cost of about $50/day which seems high for the two towels you get at the pool. The bar and pool both blast music for much of the day beginning in the morning. Not awful - not amazing.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. From the moment that we arrived we were treated with the best care we could have imagined. We arrived early prior to check in with Kathy and mentioned we were here to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We were surprised with a call notifying us that we were allowed to check into our room early and were even more surprised with a hand written card by Kathy congratulating us on our anniversary. Our stay was short but extremely memorable, every part of the staff went beyond and above to make sure all of our needs were met, the resort was clean and well kept and the dining was delicious. Every second up until the end was hands on especially after check out when Fransisco gave a key allowing us to stay at the resort until leaving for the airport. Thank you for making our anniversary one we will never forget and a special thank you to Kathy and Francisco for going above and beyond.

The location is great other than that, the rooms were okay. Our TV was broken elevators were broken one day. It looks MUCH nicer on the website wasn’t great for how expensive it was.

Loved being right on the beach! The Mexican restaurant right in the hotel was delicious and had amazing margaritas. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip and wonderful place to stay!
