Front desk absolutely terrible customer service. 85 degrees in room when we checked in. Tv did not work. Safe did not work. Shower was cold. Called front desk to explain only cold water. She said it was probably a time when everyone was showering and should be better later in the night. Reallly ? We were supposed to be there for four days and checked out the first day. Went across street to new Marriott AC. Same price and absolutely fantastic.
