Only one elevator working. My room was on 6th of 7 floors. Located right next to elevator room. Super Noisy, had to sleep with TV on to drown on sound from elevator going up and own all night. Hallway smelled awful. Room filthy. stains on carpeting and bed sheets. Lamp on night stand could barely stay up. Bathroom filthy. Drywall spackle never sanded. They say you get what you pay for. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

There is not enough car parking, (parked car across street) elevators out of service, room cleanliness is poor, smells disgusting, towels smells disgusting, and definitely waste of money.. I need refund and Expedia should not advertise this kind of property without any verification on amenities. The property listed on Expedia site looks nice but it’s dirty and lack of amenities when you stay.. Don’t do the false advertisement. Please let me know the process to get my money back..

The room I stayed in looked dingy . The refrigerator in the room did not work even after being switched . The outlets are loose , my charger would fall out wherever I tried plugging it in . The mattresses are lumpy and uncomfortable I felt dirty the entire time I was in the room . I check out the same day I checked in . The MOTEL( that’s what it looked like ) is very outdated.
