This hotel is terrible. It took almost one hour to check, arrived at 3:30 then told checking in time is 4:00. Okay went back to check in at 4:00, it took 10-15 minutes to do paperwork then asked to wait ‘cause the room is still not ready, waited there like half hour then I went to room myself. The worst part is that there was no cold water, only hot water came out that was burning. I could barely take shower or even wash my face. Reported to front desk but no maintenance whatever. When I asked to print charges, I was told out of paper. Later they said they didn’t have my email address in their system but I gave my email address to them already. Don’t recommend this hotel

Great location a block from the ocean, simple, polite front desk, very bare bones rooms though…smallest soap and shampoo I’ve ever seen, no coffee in room or lobby, no microwave, but a small refrigerator was in the room
