Never go here, not even if it’s the last available hotel! Disgusting. We booked 2 nights, stayed 1 out necessity. I woke up sick from all the mold exposure. Hypodermic needles outside our room. The bathtub was rusted and cracking, the frig leaked as well as the water runs all night. We tried febreze and disinfectant of our own to get through the night. There is a resort fee and pay to park. Complete insanity. This place should be condemned.

I had a horrible experience because the manager is a emotionally disturbed person. I had do incidents with him and in the second he kicked me out of the hotel. And by saying incidents is the fact he made it to be when I was just asking a simple question and kept calm and he exploded and started to yell. The first time was at my check in where I told him I was uninformed about resort fees if he coukd show me where it say so I don’t miss it in the future. He started to get loud and said “you want to leave now, leave”. I saw “no, I just want to understand what ai am paying but no big deal” and checked in. Then 3 days later (I had a 9 days stay scheduled) he walked in the hallway with someone and I had the door open because I was going back and forth taking trash out of the room. He walked inside the room and said “hey keep the door closed” in a really bad tone. I simply asked why because I wanted to know if they were having any problems at the time. And he only said one sentence “You know what? Get your stuff and you have 15 minutes to leave or I am calling the cops”. Literally that’s how a hotel manager treated a guest. I already knew at that time he must have some mental issues so I said ok. Then at the front desk as I was already waiting for an uber to leave I asked the front desk woman who was above him in the hotel so I could talk about what he did. She refused to say. I asked her for his name and she refused to say as well. He is a short black guy, that’s all I know.

I read the reviews after booking my stay. So, I brought with me toilet paper, bath soap, towels, a comforter to spread on top of the bed - it turned out I did not need any of the above - as I found the room (311) to be very clean. There were clean white towels in the bathroom - along with two rolls of toilet paper - an extra roll if I ran out. Bath soap, hair shampoo and conditioner were provided. The bed linens were milky white and clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were nice and clean. The TV remote did not work but, I found the power switch on the TV. I only stayed over for one night. I got exactly what I paid for. Yes. the property could do with some make over. The lobby does have that smoke smell inside. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay there.

I was told that the hotel is changing management and they are working on things. The hotel was filthy. My room was terrible. They were to have continental breakfast and due to the change happening, that was discontinued. I hope they clean up the place and correct their website and advertising for services they are not providing.

This place is an absolute dump!!! Paint chipping off the walls, seedy people in and around the hotel, one dirty towel and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, shower was stained!! When front door closed there was a 1inch gap between the door and the door jamb. Complained but they would not move me, so I left and found another hotel so I know I would love to see another day. I honestly can’t believe a place like this is on Expedia. Do not, under any circumstances, stay here!!
