This property is perfect for one or two days stay and enjoy cocoa beach, pier and the beach. There’s also a very great restaurant located in the best western that is easy walk if you’re looking to stay close to the pier with a quick walk to a pool and the beach this is your place

Hotel has been renovated and it was so very nice and clean, maintained daily by staff. Perfect spot and right on the ocean. Access to the beach is right off the property on both sides via walkway bridge. From the beach near pool they also provide a shower and hand held spray to clean off the sand from the beach. Such a great idea! Pool/Beach towels provided but on small side, however very nice they provide them. Views from our room of the pool and ocean were great. Rooms were very clean, only complaint is that they are swept and not washed off each day. You get sand on the floor from the beach and they feel gritty. Hooks on the wall to hang items could be added & another luggage stand would be nice. The lobby area could be updated with no carpet, but not bad. It did smell a little musty when we first entered. Front desk was extremely nice & helpful. If breakfast was made fresh each day this would put the hotel over the top for sure. Looked like most things may come frozen and heated up and kept hot. Free coffee available all day via machine was very good. Indoor seating is a bit limited but not bad. Seating available out by pool. Pool was very clean, nice & warm to be in. Will stay here again for sure, a fantastic place! 😄

I put my do not disturb sign up and they still came in my room. Called the front desk and asked for privacy . They still came the next day. There excuse was that the wind took my sign . But even after calling and requesting privacy they still came in without my consent. If the wind is crazy and they know why not attach magnet signs to the rooms . Or please offer a do not disturb until check out option.

On the beach, you need to get a room on the 3rd floor or higher for a good view of the ocean, we were on 2 , nice room but not much of a view. Still a great place to stay.
