I searched for 2 room studio and ended up apparently with 1 bed and the 2 beds in the request section. Also the cancellation fee was incorrectly listed at $225! So I obviously didn’t choose that! And now I’m stuck with the wrong thing!

Usually I like booking with Wotif however, the absence of pet friendly filter needs work. I booked a room with View Brisbane thinking that all rooms were pet friendly however after i booked the receptionist informed me that i needed to book a more expensive room in order to include my pets stay. I did that only to then be informed by the receptionist that I would have to pay a further $90 for my pet. That information needs to be made clear, prior to booking. I found the experience very stressful.

Very easy to find a motel & very easy to pay. I could pay either now or later.
Plenty of hotels/motels to choose from.
I made a request of the motel & heard back from them straight away.
Excellent service.
