Everything is easy and the staff are so helpful. I have disabilities and they always take the time to listen and accommodate me. Wonderful custermer service and easy to navigate.

I Purchased a room in the Maleny hotel on the 16 July in order to attend and enjoy an event in the area. I was over joyed to secure the room because it was within walking distance from the event and it hit the budjet . I received the booking confirmation directly after booking and I advised my travel mate of the good news The next day afternoon I recieved a email telling me I had changed my plans and a subsequent email informing myself my booking had been cancelled. I had not changed my plans nor did I want to cancel the booking. I called the hotel to discuss the booking and was advised they had been fully book for weeks and there was no chance of making a booking .The manager could see my booking in the system but it had never been push through the system to the hotel.The service I received on the occasion was sub standard, very poor and disappointing . If the booking is not available it shouldn’t be able to be made. This event has ruined my weekend!!!

If all goes well with the booking when we get to the hotel I will be very satisfied

Very easy to book with

I was not familiar with the way the system worked and it took me a while to workout what was required. i am not an IT guy. But in the long run it all worked and we are booked in at a reasonable price in accommodation that is rated fairly highly.

Not sure yet first time using it
