Mileage covered under Scoot flights do not seem to be transferred to my Kris Flyer membership even though both airlines belong to Kris Flyer.

Service… I’m not quite sure you could call it that. My 3 children and I had booked for the night, but when we went to check in, we’re told we were cancelled. The manager wouldn’t look at my booking, wouldn’t check the computer system and was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2 female staff members were helping my children and I find alternative accommodation. After a 3 hour drive, that’s the last thing we needed to be doing.
Believe the reviews you read. This place is horrific. Absolutely would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

one of my hotel bookings didn’t go well, but wotif was able to get me a refund dispite it being a non-refundable booking. So that was good.

The hotel room was not as advertised. o their website.
It was small & disappointing. Also no room service or dinner
available after 9pm. The room was so disappointing I checked out straight away. I asked for a refund they refused as I booked through Wotif. I spoke with Wotif who said it was the hotel responsibility to refund me. Very disappointed as it’s false advertising presenting rooms on the website only to find the opposite on arrival. Also not refunding any of the $900 taken of my credcard. I have spoken to the hotel
as yet thay have not gotten back to me. I intend to take this matter further if there is no resolution.
