I had no problems booking a stay in Brisbane but unfortunately we were unable to secure tickets for the State of Origin. I cancelled the booking within hours of paying and I’m still waiting for my return of monies paid

Hi, your website isn’t clear with all things that are required for renting a car! You do specify items for young families, like child cr seats etc but most people even though your chargers and other rental car companies charge highly for a rental car you need to show it clearly for rental car insurance. The girl I spoke to about this wasn’t sure where to find it on your website and had to seek a couple of times, maybe she was new at the position I understand this, so it is up to the company to show all alternatives including insurance.
