I completely trust Wotif! They are true to their word. On one occasion unfortunately I had to cancel a pre booked trip, it was refunded promptly as promised. Due to this ease of transaction and general experience I would highly recommend Wotif.

I had to change the hotel times and the operator I spoke to was very helpful. Unfortunately I have to wait 4 days to wait to see if they were able to change it. If they are successful then I would definitely give y’all a 5star rating.
