I made an error booking by selecting the wrong dates. I needed to contact an agent to resolve the error. The agent, Duan, went out of his way to sort matters to my satisfaction, even though strictly he did not have to. He rang the property in question and had the dates changed. All done via a chat session.

The communication is first class , it feels like they care.
I only use Wotif for our family and recommend it to others.
Hope to use this year and next .

The room overpoweringly smelled of cleaner and I had to keep the doors and windows open when I arrived to air the room out. I appreciate its clean but not that much that its unbearable.!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable which is a plus.

I was disappointed the next morning to hear the cleaner outside complaining that I hadn’t left – this was prior to check out time of 10am. I was catching up on work emails with plans to leave at 10am.

Certainly wont be staying here again.
