Sent email to wotif support regarding deduction of $1606 from my credit card and of course no acknowledgement

Just provision of expected services. I am still confused about the offer of some credit for forgoing housekeeping for one day. TV screen huge, bed comfortable and fabulous pillows. No spare blanket, but AC worked well. Silent fridge! Large selection of drinks in minimal. Quiet environment in hotel, but situated in the happening part of town. Perfect location.
