First time on Wotif and I liked my choice

easy to change my booking to another date

It was so easy to work your way through! Just put in your dates & it shows you availability & if it suits you book & pay the deposit. They also give you a booking cancellation date which if you cancel before this date you get a full refund.

We have had a very stressful time with a booking through Wotif. It wasn’t the booking service as such but the condition of the property on arrival. We would recommend you remove this property from your site. We would also like a refund of our room rate paid. Contact with the property by email is not being returned and phone calls not going through. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Can you please respond to this message. Thanks Leanne and Karyn

I made a reservation and paid in advance. However, I had to cancel that reservation shortly afterwards. The cancellation process was simple. Additionally, the refund was processed promptly.

To who this may concern, I have seen my billing for the one night its $231.02 on my credit card, on the advertisement it says $172.00 can we please have a look at the mistake you have made, can we sort this out before we arrive on Saturday thanks.

Horrible. I booked a hotel on the wrong dates. Went to change and hour later and lost half my money to cancelation fees.

The website is not as easy as Bookings website.

the booking process was easy and efficient but on arriving at the booked accommodation there was false advertising. The unit we booked was to have a king size bed at the accommodation it was a queen bed. My partner had a hand operation so we specifically needed a king size bed for pillows to prop his hand up on. This was extremely inconvenient to have been false advertising of accommodation features is fraudulent from my perspective and normal would not be an issue but on this occasion it was a big issue for us as we would not have stay at that accommodation if true sizer of bed was advertised. It was the country club villa in Launceston Tasmania

THEY MADE IT SIMPLE FOR ME TO BOOK A ROOM.THERE WAS NO HASSLES DOING OVER IT ON THE INTERNET.IT WAS QUICK WHICH ME QUIET HAPPY.I WAS HAPPY THE WAY I WAS HANDLED.THE WEBSITE WAS SIMPLE TO USE,10/10.
