I found it very inconvenient that the phone numbers were bogus and did not have valid phone numbers.
The Hotel has confirmed the reservation but my credit card was billed a different amount than the Wotif Invoice and there was no notice from Wotif about this change which made me feel insecure that my reservation was confirmed by the Hotel. This required me to search to contact the Hotel and then feel suspicious that I would be billed a second time by Wotif which I hope will not happen
despite that the amount billed was less than the invoiced amount. IF you are
