People at reception are very rude. I have got a guest with me and the hotel staff charged me for that. The reason they gave me, I have to pay guest charges coz I didn’t made booking directly with the hotel but use” Wot if” and Expedia. The concierge staff is very rude as well. You have to pay extra for Wifi. Absolutely disgusting. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I actually had a terrible experience with this site. It was misleading and lead me to believe that I was booking a flight to the same airport for both flights when in actual fact, they were different. I won’t ever book on this site again as I wasted my money on a flight a I cannot use.

Wotif haven’t provided me with any service, booking via a website isn’t providing service. It was just facilitating booking a room and I had to do all of the work myself. I would have given you a better rating had you provided contact details for the hotels I booked at the time of booking.
