March 8, 2018I selected stay dates 12-13 March but somehow it booked for 30-31 March. When I tried to change it, the software path was hopeless and took me on endless loops for an hour. Eventually I cancelled and rebooked. Hopefully I get a refund. I think your software should function more clearly. If it does not extend to changing booking dates, or doing so at a specific establishment, it should say so and then progress to cancellation & rebook advice.

March 8, 2018I was disopointed that I did not recieve a confirmation email of my booking with reciept of payment. Payment has been deducted from my account.
