It stated that the reception was opened til 9pm and if arriving later to phone the motel prior. I tried to phone twice during the day and it went to voice mail. I managed to get there by 8:30pm, Reception was already closed and there was a note saying the keys were in a box at the end of the building. Being told that from the beginning would have saved me the stress.
March 8, 2018Excellent service making contact prior to arrival, easy to follow check in details, absolutely lovely modern apartment and very very comfy bed!! Great location, quiet and convenient to shops and good quality food right downstairs. Interesting no bins or full size towels in any of the cupboards or draws however I expect this was unintentional and did not detract from my stay or overall rating.
