The booking experience was very good. The TRUE value of Wotif will be when I arrive at the booked accommodation and find that everything was done correctly and that the description of the facility was accurate.

There was no information on accessible rooms nor availability. I booked and paid noting in the comments that I wanted an accessible room. I rang motel only to find that the only accessible rooms were 3 times the cost!! Not happy.
