There was not an option to make any special requests for the hotel. I wished to request a baby cot in the room. They only way I could do this was by calling the accommodation which was overseas, therefore an expensive phone call.

Response was fast and straightforward.
But the Tourist Park facilities were not properly summarised. It appears as “Pet Friendly”, which is what I booked, but on arrival was told that the fine print on the Park website only allows service dogs and dogs in self contained caravans.
