March 11, 2018i double booked a room within 10 minites of each other when i noticed my mistake i contacted wotif the short was they said they asked the motel and they said they would not refund money that was there policy not happy then i rang the motel they said they did not recieve a email or call from wotif and that would not ever b our policy now one of u r lieing????
March 11, 2018The booking was really smooth and easy. The only issue is that I thought I had paid through wotif with my credit card but I was told when I arrived at my booking I still had to pay. That was a bit confusing
