I found the website easy to navigate and was happy to find that I could book my hotel immediately but pay layer. That was very convenient.

Easy site to work with — have always found wotif service to be very good

I knew immediately that my booking had been accepted. Unlike other sites where a response can take 24 hours.

Pride yourself on match pricing yet make the process so complicated why bother. Won’t be booking again with wotif

As a quick easy service it was great. Hotel reception was helpful and were able to change my room to accommodate disabled people. That was not an option on the website.
As for room service we had to collect it which was hard when disabled people have been traveling for hours n go get offered room service meals
