Very simple process to go through to get the booking that I was after. It would be better if there was some way that you could check pricing for add ons like breakfast before having to go to the checkout, eg was the charge listed for one person or for the everyone in the room?

Great! I love how you allowed me to book and cancel within a certain time-frame.
At the time I hadn’t spoken to my husband yet so it gave me the chance to do that without losing the hotel. He is very happy, so we now have a fabulous hotel booked! Thank you!

When I reached the hotel I was told that my booking was for the previous night and I would have to pay again. I booked through your web site and the person taking the booking has entered the wrong arrival date. Unfortunately I didn’t check what night had been booked before I got to the hotel. The Victoria Hotel receptionist would not discuss my complaint and said I would have to pay the full price for a room. I went to another hotel. If nothing further is done to redress this, I will not use your service again.
