We went to book in and you had over book so there was no room at the same standard as what we payed for

They were super easy to get along with great at recommending places we were interested in. The facility was tidy and smelt inviting. Excited to book at City Tempo again.

Two rooms were booked by staff incorrectly. Had to pay for a room at the hotel because it wasnt put though by staff correct. After 5 phone calls to customer service I finally recieved my refund. Still have to wait 5-7 days for the money to go back in to my account. A room that was meant to be $150 per night ended up costing $400 out of pocket for the single night. The room I was eventually put into was small and had only one bed for two people.

I felt that the price was too high for the room.
There were small holes in the bedspread of my twin bed, and the pillows were terrible.
There was an empty tablet sachet on the floor under the table.
A hole in the ceiling of the bathroom was plugged with paper.
The greeting on arrival was very ordinary, no friendly smile. although not rude either.
The room was advertised as last room available when there appeared to be more than a few empty rooms.
On the plus side, I was only staying one night.
