Booking via my iPhone didn’t work. I ended up having to start the laptop up to complete booking. I was also thrown by the term ”reserve” as I was looking to book and pay for the room as thought the term “reserve” implied the tentative holding of a booking (like trivargo does).

Over the years of booking with Wotif I have found the process more complicated. I preferred the booking process before the flights etc were an option. I feel Wotif have deviated away from their core business too much. As a result, the past 5-10 bookings I have made have been with their competitors
